The Skinned God

Ctho’ Cen, El Dios Despellejado, engendro del Primigenio Zoth – Ommog, descendiente del Gran Cthulhu.

En eras pretéritas cuando el Inmenso Cthulhu descendió a la Tierra desde el lejano planeta Xoth junto a su maléfica corte; sus hijos, Zoth – Ommog, Cthylla, Ghatanothoa e Ythogtha, más sus sirvientes las Semillas Estelares y los Yuggs, lucho contra varias razas alienígenas por el dominio del planeta. Entre estas razas se encontraban los Antiguos, también llamados los Primordiales, que fueron sus mas acérrimos enemigos y mantuvieron una guerra de miles de años.

Los antiguos, que ya habían utilizado la ingeniería genética para crear a los Shoggoths, unas terribles criaturas esclavas, usadas en su guerra contra los servidores de Cthulhu, dieron un paso más con esta poderosa arma. Utilizando parte del cuerpo de Ubbo – Sathla, el Dios Ingénito, crearon El Eohoggoth, el Gran Shoggoth. Este, junto a sus hermanos menores, atacaron las mismísimas puertas de R’lyeh, aprovechando la ausencia de Cthulhu, hábilmente entretenido en otro frente. Zoth – Ommog lucho contra las hordas atacantes y destruyo a todos sus enemigos, pero antes de vencer fue insólitamente herido por El Eohoggoth, perdiendo un trozo de su cuerpo que fue arrojado al mar.

A su regreso, Cthulhu bendijo a su retoño Zoth – Ommog, dando vida a aquel fragmento de su ser, naciendo así el primer hijo de este, Ctho’ Cen, El Dios Despellejado.
Cuando el destino quiso que R’lyeh fuera hundida en las aguas, y su señor Cthulhu junto a su corte fueran enterrados con la ciudad, Ctho’ Cen vago por el mundo cumpliendo los designios de su amo. Fue el Gran Sh’arlash, el primer emperador de Valusia, el imperio de los hombres serpiente, quien acabo con él. Ctho’ Cen se convirtió en una grave amenaza para el joven reino, destruyendo varias de sus ciudades costeras, por lo que Sh’arlash junto a su cohorte de magos, invocaron a los poderes oscuros de su dios Yig. De esta forma lograron primero atraer al retoño del primigenio hacia una profunda fosa marina y luego enterrarlo en ella para la eternidad.

Pero la historia del terrible Ctho’ Cen no acabara aquí, pues dicen las profecías de los sacerdotes locos de su antiquísimo culto, que este volverá a la vida el día en que las estrellas se alineen adecuadamente y pueda ser nuevamente invocado. Ese será un fatídico día, ya que según la leyenda, el despertar del propio Cthulhu no estará lejano.

Ctho ' Cen, The Skinned God, fetus of the Great Old One Zoth - Ommog, descendant from the Great Cthulhu.

In bygone eras when the the Immense Cthulhu descended to the Earth from the distant planet Xoth close to his devil court; his children, Zoth - Ommog, Cthylla, Ghatanothoa and Ythogtha, more his servants the Star Spawns and the Yuggs, it fought against alien races for control of the planet. Between these races were the Elders, also called the Primordial, who were its most bitter enemies and supported a war of thousands of years.

The Elders, who had already used genetic engineering to create the Shoggoths, a terrible creatures slaves used in their war against the servants of Cthulhu, they went a step further with this powerful weapon. Using the body of Ubbo - Sathla, The God Ingenito, they created The Eohoggoth, The Grand Shoggoth. This, together with his small brothers, they attacked R'lyeh's doors, advantage of the absence of Cthulhu, ably entertained on another front. Zoth - Ommog fought against the attacking hordes and destroy all enemies, but before winning it was unusually hurt by The Eohoggoth, losing a chunk of his body that was thrown to the sea.

To his return, Cthulhu blessed to his shoot Zoth – Ommog, giving life to that fragment of his body, being born like that the first son of this one, Ctho ' Cen, The Skinned God.
When the destiny wanted that R'lyeh was sunk in the waters, and his master Cthulhu close to his court they were buried by the city, Ctho 'Cen wander the world to fulfill the designs of his owner. It was the Great Sh'arlash, the first emperor of Valusia, the empire of the men serpent, who I finish with it. Ctho ' Cen turned into a serious threat for the young kingdom, destroying several of his coastal cities, for what, Sh'arlash with his magicians' cohort, invoked to the dark power of his god Yig. Of this form they managed first to attract to the son of the Great Old One into a deep marine fosse and then to bury it in her for the eternity.

But the history of the terrible Ctho ' Cen was not finishing here, since they say the prophecies of the mad priests of his most former cult, that this one will return to the life the day in which the stars line up adequately and it could be invoked again. This it will be a fatidical day, since according to the legend, the awakening of the own Cthulhu will not be distant.
